**About the job**

Based in Mons, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour.

Within NDW, Information Administration Services (IAS) you will be responsible to assist in the provision of system support activities and services for sustaining operations and maintenance of the assigned CIS and in particular Microsoft SharePoint Server-based systems, mainly the Enterprise Document Management System, but also the NATO Information Portal, the Project Implementation Tracking Tool and the Tasker Tracker plus.

You will also assist in the delivery of 2nd level technical support, monitor, update and resolve customer service requests and incidents in close collaboration with Operations Center, carry out remote routine maintenance of the static Voice infrastructure, management appliances and other NATO Voice equipment and assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures

**About you**:
We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Voice Engineering Technician with ideally a higher vocational training in a related discipline and 2 years of post-related experience.

A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.

You should also have:

- At least 4 years’ operation and configuration experience of Cisco Call Managers and Call Mangers Express
- At least 4 years’ operation and configuration experience of Cisco Unified Border Elements
- Minimum qualification of CISCO Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA Col) or equivalent experience
- Experience with device management tools such as HP Network Automation, Solar Winds, Intermapper, to include adding devices to be monitored, creating automatic reporting thresholds, identifying devices that aren’t functioning properly
- Good knowledge of protocols and standards utilized in VoIP and Unified Communications; SIP, TLS, MGCP, H.323, RTP (incl. G.711, G.729 codecs), and other similar standards
- Experience with virtual environments (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter)
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
