The Benelux subsidiary, located in Brussels is responsible for the sales of the Octapharma portfolio in Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands and is currently looking for a highly dynamic person to represent the company on the Belgian and Luxembourg market. This agile subsidiary consists of 5 people, and you will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager Benelux.

**What will you be doing as Sales & Marketing Manager?**:
- Plan, execute and coordinate sales activities in Belgium and Luxembourg
- Define actions & resources to achieve revenue targets
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies in agreement with the MT
- Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base
- Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals

- Optimally functioning in collaborating in small cross functional teams with a combination of Medical, Sales and Marketing
- Innovative mindset with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient in Dutch, French and English, both in oral and in written communications
