Dit team verdiept zich in het gedrag van **patiënten **en **Healthcare **professionals **zoals artsen, verpleegkundigen, enzoverder. Daarvoor gebruiken ze zeer uiteenlopende methodes, zowel **kwantitatief **als **kwalitatief **.

MAAK JIJ HET VERSCHIL?
- Je bent **gebeten door marktonderzoek **en de **medische **wereld **(oncologie, med-tech, chronische aandoeningen etc.). Je verdiept je in het hoe en waarom bij het gedrag van **patiënten **en **Healthcare **professionals **. Jouw klanten krijgen diepgaande inzichten in de **attitudes **, **motieven **en **argumenten **die bepalend zijn voor het gedrag van hun **patiënten **en **voorschrijvers (huisartsen, specialisten, apothekers) **.
- Met jouw **Client First focus **heb je een responsieve samenwerking met jouw klanten, zij kunnen steeds bij jou terecht met al hun vragen over het algemeen projectbeheer, key dates, project updates etc.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het rechtstreeks **day-to-day contact met onze klanten **en bouwt een waardevolle relatie uit.
- Je vertaalt **business vraagstukken/noden en verwachtingen **van klanten naar een **onderzoeksopzet **en je helpt mee aan het uitwerken van een **voorstel **voor de klant incl. kosten en timings.
- Je bent in de lead voor het voor het **beheer en uitvoeren van de verschillende stappen in zowel een kwantitatief als kwalitatief onderzoeksproject.**
- Een kwantitatief onderzoeksproject omvat het opstellen van **vragenlijsten **, opvolging van **veldwerk **(zowel online, telefonisch als face-to-face) en de **analyse **en **rapportering **van de resultaten.
- **In een kwalitatief onderzoeksproject gebruik je technieken als diepte-interviews, focusgroepen, community panels, inspirerende workshops om een **_in-depth _**inzicht te verwerven. **Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en uitwerken van **gesprekgidsen, **het uitvoeren en opvolgen van veldwerk en het synthetiseren en rapporteren van de resultaten.
- Je bent **gedreven **en je voert elk nieuw project **enthousiast **uit. Je bent **analytisch **ingesteld en werkt **nauwkeurig **.
- Uiteraard hou je ervan deze onderzoeksresultaten zelf te **presenteren **.
- Je komt terecht in een **hecht team **waarin je **autonoom **kan werken en waar je ook steeds kunt rekenen op de **steun **van jouw collega’s en directe manager.
- Je houdt van de **variatie **in **onderwerpen **en **onderzoeksmethodes **.

HOE VUL JIJ ONS AAN?
- Je hebt al **werkervaring **in marktonderzoek **en dit is voor jou slechts een eerste stap in jouw verdere _career track _binnen Ipsos _. _Daarnaast ben je in het bezit van een **Master **, bij voorkeur in Paramedische Wetenschappen of Economie (TEW, Handelswetenschappen), Sociale Wetenschappen of Psychologie.
- Je staat graag dicht bij jouw **klanten **en je bouwt een nauwe samenwerking met hen op.
- Je hebt een intrinsieke passie voor marktonderzoek binnen de **Healthcare sector **. Bovendien haal je veel energie uit het combineren van **kwantitatieve **en **kwalitatieve onderzoeksmethodes **.
- Jij bent zowel **sociaal als nieuwsgierig **waardoor de **rol van gespreksleider jou op het lijf is geschreven **. Hierdoor kom jij altijd alles te weten. Bovendien zorgt jouw **open-minded persoonlijkheid **ervoor dat je een oprechte interesse toont in de **menselijke **drijfveren **.
- Je hebt zeer goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het **Nederlands **en **Engels **. Een goede kennis van het **Frans **is een troef.
- Grootschalige en/of meerdere kleinere projecten weet je aan te pakken.
- Je bent **analytisch **ingesteld, en gaat **kritisch **aan de slag. Bovendien werk je naar een afgewerkt resultaat toe.
- Je houdt van **variatie **; elke dag heeft een nieuwe insteek.
- Een 9-to-5 mentaliteit is niets voor jou. Je stelt je graag **flexibel **op.
- Je hebt een sterke kennis van het **MS Officepakket **.
- Je bent in het bezit van een **rijbewijs B **.
