Are you passionate about transforming sales processes and enhancing customer relationship management (CRM) solutions? We are seeking an experienced **CRM Solutions Lead** to design and implement cutting-edge strategies that drive business success. This hybrid role in Brussels offers an opportunity to collaborate with dynamic teams and make a significant impact on our CRM journey.
**Your Role & Responsibilities**
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and functional analyses.
- Design and implement tailored CRM solutions, primarily focusing on **Microsoft Dynamics Sales**.
- Partner with sales and architecture teams to define functional specifications and execute seamless implementations.
- Lead testing efforts using **Agile methodology** and support **user acceptance testing (UAT)**.
- Ensure smooth transitions during release management, proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Assess the impact of software changes and deliver optimal, scalable solutions.
- Document best practices, provide user manuals, and mentor stakeholders on CRM tools.
**Secondary Contributions**
- Conduct rigorous **quality assurance (QA)** and impact analyses.
- Identify areas for improvement and spearhead the implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate on system integrations, leveraging APIs and ETL processes for robust solutions.
**What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Experience**
- 5+ years of experience as a CRM Analyst or Specialist.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Dynamics CE** or **Salesforce CRM** platforms.
- Proven expertise in managing CRM sales projects within complex, enterprise-level environments.
- Strong grasp of sales workflows and CRM integration strategies.
**Technical Skills**
- Mastery of CRM configurations, including entity creation, workflows, and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with **third-party integrations**, including APIs and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and testing frameworks.
**Soft Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science**, IT, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, ensuring client satisfaction and team synergy.
- Fluent English communication; **French or Dutch proficiency** is a plus.
