Senior CRM Sales Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Primary Tasks**_
- Translate business needs into functional analyses (user stories) to develop solutions within the applicable domain(s).
- Document functional requirements and ensure their alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate and implement CRM solutions, focusing on **Microsoft Dynamics Sales**.
- Collaborate with the architecture team to define functional specifications for solutions.
- Assist in the implementation stage by supporting architecture teams and software engineers.
- Test integrated solutions using Agile methodology and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist and support the release management process.
- Identify, report, and resolve potential issues, proposing optimal solutions.
- Assess the impact of changes on software modules and resolve any challenges effectively.
- Document and share lessons learned, actively participating in continuous self-development.
- **Secondary Tasks**_
- Perform quality assurance (QA) and impact analysis.
- Test solutions thoroughly before end-user delivery.
- Prepare documentation and generate user manuals.
- Drive the implementation of improvement actions and best practices in software development.
- Provide expert advice during solution implementation and ongoing support.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum of **5 years** of experience as a CRM Analyst.
- Hands-on expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics CE** or **Salesforce**.
- Proven success in managing **CRM Sales projects** within complex environments.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM integrations.
**Technical Skills**
- Expertise in CRM configurations: entity creation, workflows, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with third-party system integrations, including APIs and ETL processes.
- Solid understanding of **Agile/Scrum methodologies**.
**Non-Technical Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in **Computer Science** or related field.
- Personal accountability for ensuring client satisfaction.
- Exceptional interpersonal, team collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Fluent in **English** (mandatory); proficiency in **French** or **Dutch** is a plus.
