Dit doe je
- Je leidt een team van een 15-tal collega’s, verspreid over een 5-tal locaties in Vlaanderen, waarmee je regelmatig overleg organiseert.
- Je geeft het team richting om zich te kunnen organiseren in functie van de afgesproken prioriteiten en zorgt voor een evenwichtige dienstverlening over alle locaties heen.
- Je rapporteert over de snelheid en kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde activiteiten.
- Je weet de vaardigheden, kennis en ervaring binnen het team optimaal te benutten.
- Je motiveert medewerkers om zich verder te ontwikkelen en ondersteunt hen hierin. Je volgt doelstellingen op, je geeft regelmatig feedback en je evalueert prestaties.
- Je neemt initiatief om werkwijzen te standaardiseren en verbeteren. Je betrekt collega’s bij het uitwerken van deze verbeteringen en veranderingen.
- Je hebt regelmatig contact met collega’s in de business en sluit aan bij regionaal overleg.
- Je blijft op de hoogte van beslissingen & prioriteiten in de business, en anticipeert op veranderingen en wijzigende business noden.
- Je communiceert proactief binnen het eigen team en naar de verschillende stakeholders.
- Je vertegenwoordigt Business Services in strategische projecten.

- Je hebt een sterke zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.

- Je kan goed organiseren, plannen en coördineren.
- Je kan processen uitwerken en workshops begeleiden.
- Je vindt vlot je weg in digitale tools en nieuwe applicaties.
- Je bent bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen tussen de verschillende locaties in Vlaanderen.

- Je hebt uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
- Je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels en Frans.
- Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van een team.
- Je hebt kennis van proces management concepten.
