De Munt is het federale operahuis in het hart van de hoofdstad van Europa dat internationaal gerenommeerde operaproducties, dansvoorstellingen en concerten realiseert en programmeert.
**over de functie**:
- Als medewerker audience engagement - Nederlandstalige scholen werk je binnen de afdeling MM Schools & Family aan de voorbereidingen van educatieve projecten. Je begeleidt dan de projecten en workshops in verschillende scholen of in de Munt zelf. Het doel van de projecten en workshops is om kinderen en jongeren op een kwalitatieve en educatieve manier kennis te laten maken met de Munt, haar activiteiten en de wereld van de opera.
- Jouw functieomschrijving- Je zorgt zowel individueel als in team voor de voorbereidingen van nieuwe workshops en je maakt de nodige aanpassingen aan bestaande workshops op basis van gegeven informatie of eigen onderzoek;
- Je werkt zowel individueel of in groep verschillende projecten uit;
- Je geeft rondleidingen aan schoolgroepen;
- Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van educatief materiaal;
- Je geeft workshops zowel in de Munt als in scholen (regio Brussel en Vlaanderen) en wisselt nadien de nodige feedback uit met je verantwoordelijke;
- Je werkt binnen de Munt aan de voorbereiding en realisatie van langdurige schoolprojecten en publieksevenementen die specifiek gericht zijn op scholen, kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen.
**profiel kandidaat**:
- Jouw profiel- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in de cultuureducatieve sector en je bent gepassioneerd door cultuur en opera;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een subdiscipline (zang, muziek, theater, danspedagogie, enz.);
- Je hebt de nodige muzikale achtergrond (muziekpedagogie, musicologie, bespeelt een muziekinstrument, enz.);
- Je hebt een goede kennis van zang en zangpraktijken;
- Je bent creatief, beschikt over uitstekende didactische vaardigheden en kan kinderen en jongeren enthousiasmeren;
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit voor wat er zich in Brussel afspeelt om ons team te versterken;
- Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan omgaan met onverwachte situaties;
- Je bent diplomatisch;
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een heel goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels;
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar scholen in Brussel en Vlaanderen (openbaar vervoer wordt vergoed);
- Je bent beschikbaar op dinsdag en donderdag;
- Je bent beschikbaar vanaf midden augustus.
