The Modern Work Solution Sales Manager holds a prominent position in our enterprise sales organization. Top of your mind is to enable enterprise customers in Belgium & Luxembourg to transform how they work, collaborate and thrive in their workplace.

Together with a team of solution specialists, you own the sales of our modern work solutions. To make impact, you collaborate with our partner ecosystem to empower our customers to achieve more through Microsoft’s workplace solutions.

- Foster and drive pipeline creation by leveraging technical and industry expertise, partners, and customer stakeholder;
- Coaching your team to explore business and emerging opportunities and extend their customer network;
- role model the implementation of sales strategy and collaboration with the account team
- motivate your team to (new) discover ways to implement and share close plans by engaging C-Suite and key stakeholders at our customers

**Skilled in Sales Excellence**:

- you own the sales accountability for the enterprise Modern Work sales targets;
- you achieve targets through coaching and driving your team to meet sales objectives and work by operational standards;
- you feel comfortable interacting with senior management and corporate stakeholders on business performance and progress towards strategic indicators

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- You have substantial experience in technology-related sales or account management, such as:

- Extensive experience in technology sales
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Proven experience in delivering large IT projects

**Additional preferred capabilities**
- working knowledge of Microsoft’s commercial cloud offerings - including Microsoft 365, Office 365
- knowledge of managing hardware pipeline and selling devices, including Surface, Hub, and MTR, to enterprise customers
