If you see work and create structure from a natural reflex, then this position as an administrative jack-of-all-trades is for you After a thorough training and familiarisation period, you will have the necessary insights to carry out our site administration.

In this position, you will be entrusted with an exciting range of tasks.
- You are the administrative support for the construction sites.
- Together with your colleague, you will process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail from the construction sites.
- You complete the outgoing site correspondence.
- You prepare and follow up requisition statements and ensure the preparation of outgoing invoices.
- You prepare the files for site management (compiling complete files tem physical filing in archives).
- You register worksites and subcontractors with social security, you request Klip & Klim* data, etc.
- You help organise and prepare for planning meetings and events at, for example, the start-up or completion of a construction site.
- You will work within execution and report directly to our Chief Operations Officer Infra.
- _The Klim is a federal hotline (Klip Flemish) for earthworks in the vicinity of high-voltage power lines and installations for the transport of gaseous and other products through pipes._

Profile
- You can work independently and have a keen interest in all aspects of your duties.
- You are a solution-oriented, highly flexible and stress-resistant person.
- You are punctual, precise and orderly, and have an analytical result-oriented way of thinking.
- You have very good language skills in both Dutch and French.
- The common office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) hold no secrets for you.
- Experience with WIC and KPD are a plus.
