Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- NMBS is op zoek naar een Accounting officer Credit Management om haar team te versterken. Een mooie opportuniteit om actief mee te werken aan de vernieuwingen binnen de NMBS.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als Accounting officer binnen het team Credit Management kom je tussen bij de administratie opvolging van de onbetaalde facturen.- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van openstaande saldi en het signaleren van achterstallige betalingen.
- Je contacteert schriftelijk en telefonisch klanten in het kader van de incassoprocedure.
- Je verwerkt de respons op de aanmaningen en stemt eventuele betwistingen af met de facturerende dienst.
- Je maakt periodiek analyses en presenteert de resultaten in een coherente, voor iedereen begrijpbare vorm.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma in een economische richting of je hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- EN- je beschikt over een eerste ervaring binnen het domein van Credit Management.
- Indien je je diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, moet je in het bezit zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest.**Technische competenties**
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
- Je beheerst de MS Office tools. Je bent goed vertrouwd met excel
- Kennis van en ervaring met geautomatiseerde financieel administratieve systemen is een troef.

- Je werkt op een nauwkeurige manier en kan autonoom werken.
- Je communiceert vlot (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
- Je blijft ook onder moeilijke omstandigheden kalm en doelgericht werken.

- Waar ga je werken?- Je maakt deel uit van een gespecialiseerd team van een 5tal personen binnen de directie Finance.
