Our client active in asset management is looking for a Customer Service to complete its team.
**Description**
- Reception of visitors
- Management of the agenda and preparation of meeting rooms
- Handling of telephone calls
- Various administrative tasks
- Office management
- Management and processing of supplier contracts
- Taking care of orders for supplies and various office equipment
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing and organization of files
- Processing of mailboxes
- Organization of lunches
- Preparation of client account openings
- Handling telephone calls from clients and custodian bankers
- Administrative follow-up of client files in compliance with regulatory constraints
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of appointments
- Collection and processing of data
- Updating of various tools (CRM for example)
**Profile**
- You have a Bachelor's degree with an administrative orientation (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in the banking sector is a real asset
- You are fluent in French and have a working knowledge of English
- You are familiar with the Office suite
- You are precise and very attentive to details
- You are trustworthy, able to handle confidential information
- You are a good listener and have a sense of initiative
You are adaptable in all circumstances and have a good team spirit
