Job Overview

- Our trainers are learning sherpas, who know shortcuts in the mountains our learners (also called juniors) have to cross to acquire the necessary soft and hard skills required by the job market. By using our pedagogic framework of 7 pillars and leading the entire group of juniors onto the other side of the mountain, they help our juniors to start a bright career in the digital world.What's your job?

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- As an intern, you will work closely with the Campus Coordinators across our various campuses to support daily administrative tasks and assist with the recruitment of our learners. You will also take charge of a key project: managing a skills-based sponsorship initiative for our students, which includes reaching out to potential partners, posting on sponsorship platforms, and actively engaging with our alumni community.**Recruitment Support**

**Administrative Assistance**

Provide general administrative support related to learner onboarding, including tracking attendance, preparing documentation, and coordinating logistics for campus events and supplies.

**Skills-Based Sponsorship Project**

Coordinate BeCode’s Skills Sponsorship initiative, aimed at equipping learners with essential soft skills for their career development. Responsibilities include:

- Organizing and scheduling workshops by liaising with volunteers who specialize in Agile methodology, stress management, feedback, and time management.
- Managing logistics such as setting dates, booking rooms, confirming attendance, and communicating with coaches.
- Publishing sponsorship needs on relevant platforms, engaging alumni, and collaborating with campus coordinators and coaches to schedule sessions across multiple campuses.

**Employee onboarding process development**

Assist in refining the onboarding process for new team members, particularly by organizing and updating the onboarding Trello board. This includes structuring workflows, compiling onboarding materials, and creating clear, sequential tasks to streamline the experience for incoming employees and support seamless integration.

- Multilingual: Proficiency in both French and English is preferred. Dutch is a plus.
