**Afdeling**
Binnen Operations is de Infrastructuurafdeling verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van alle klantaansluitingen op het glasvezelnetwerk van Eurofiber. We hanteren een project
- en procesgerichte aanpak waarmee we betrouwbaar en efficiënt kunnen werken.
**Jouw Rol**
Als Supplier Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de implementatie (capaciteit, proces, systemen, kennisoverdracht) alsook het bewaken en evalueren van de contractuele afspraken met onze onderaannemers.
- Supplier beoordeling:
- Opvolgen en evalueren van alle relevante aspecten, inclusief service level agreements (SLA’s) en key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Je coördineert de periodieke evaluaties tussen Eurofiber en onderaannemers.
- Je gaat het gesprek aan met de leverancier indien blijkt dat de performance niet conform afspraak is en je stelt tijdelijke maatregelen in om performance te verbeteren.
- Je bent adviserend richting management m.b.t. selectie en lange termijn inzet / op
- en afschalen van leveranciers.
- Je initieert en coördineert wijzigingen met betrekking tot de operationele contractafspraken tussen Eurofiber en onderaannemers.
- Relatiebeheer
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met leveranciers om een open communicatiekanaal te waarborgen en eventuele issues proactief aan te pakken
- Regelmatig beoordeling van prestaties van leveranciers en het initiëren van verbeteringen indien nodig.
- Risicobeheer
- Identificeren en beoordelen van risico’s en implementeren van maatregelen om deze risico’s te vermijden
- Interne samenwerking:
- Werken in nauwe samenwerking met interne afdelingen zoals purchase, project management om de synergie en interne processen te optimaliseren

**Functie-eisen**:
- Je hebt 5 - 7 jaar relevante werkervaring waarbij je aantoonbaar in een klant-leveranciersrelatie hebt gewerkt en bekend bent met performance metingen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Klantgericht met uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden, sterke interpersoonlijke en analytische vaardigheden.
- Proactief handelen, zelfsturend en flexibel te zijn om snel veranderende marktomstandigheden aan te kunnen.
