Belfius Technology transformeert zijn operating model voor IT Infrastructuur via een nieuwe Service Integration & Management (SIAM)-Organisatie waarbij we de kernactiviteiten terug gaan insourcen.

**De job in een notendop**
- Je begeleidt interne klanten bij het definiëren en challengen van hun infrastructuur aanvragen zoals bijv. een nieuwe applicatie die moet draaien op zijn eigen infrastructuur in alle IT omgevingen (TST, GTU, UAT, PRD) alsook een uitbreiding van een bestaande infrastructuur,
- Je werkt samen met de stakeholders om de aanvraag matuur te krijgen.
- Je zorgt voor de correcte inflow en het prioriteren van deze infrastructuur aanvragen.
- Tijdens de design fase van het project, onderhandel je het financiële gedeelte indien er bijkomende hardware/software of diensten aan third parties nodig zijn.
- Gedurende de project implementatie help je de project leider bij het opheffen van blokkeringen, indien nodig d.m.v. escalaties naar de infrastructuur provider toe.
- Je staat ook in voor één of meerdere processen gelinkt aan de continuïteit, de opvolging en de goede werking van project opvolging met infrastructuur providers. Je werkt actief mee aan het verbeteren van de bestaande processen.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- Een bachelor of master diploma.
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Een positieve ingesteldheid, creativiteit en een service mindset.
- Durf om initiatieven te nemen. Je vindt het ook fijn om samen te werken met het oog op efficiëntieverbetering en kennisdeling.
- Kennis van Frans of Nederlands en Engels.
Je scoort extra met:
- Basiskennis van IT omgevingen en IT infrastructuur (routers, switches, windows, linux,) of je bent bereid om je daarin bij te scholen.
- Een eerste professionele ervaring vooral in klant/leverancier relaties.
