**Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager (v/m/x)**

**Functie**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de hoge kwaliteit van de diensten geleverd door het team Infrastructure van de dienst Informatica. Je beheert op dagdagelijkse basis het team van System Engineers. Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke van het departement.

**Belangrijkste rollen, taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
- Op dagdagelijkse basis het team van System Engineers beheren.
- De stroom van aanvragen beheren, waarbij je toeziet op de naleving van de vastgestelde prioriteiten (demand management).
- Voor input en sturing zorgen met als doel de tools en methodes voortdurend te verbeteren.
- Optreden als people manager.
- De verantwoordelijke van het departement ondersteunen bij het beheer van de capaciteit van het team.
- Handelen als een leider wanneer de situatie dat vereist.
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle partijen de dienstverleningscontracten naleven.
- De kwaliteitsnormen doen naleven.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de SLA’s worden behaald.
- De activiteiten opvolgen en zorgen voor de passende rapportering, m.a.w. zorgen voor de goede uitvoering binnen de vastgestelde termijnen en dit zo nodig faciliteren (on time, on budget, on scope, with quality).
- De kosten-batenverhouding bewaken.
- Ervoor zorgen dat er een hoge mate van tevredenheid wordt bereikt bij de klanten van de entiteit.
- Actief meewerken aan het leveranciersbeheer.
- Toezien op de persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

**Profiel**
- Universitaire opleiding in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige managersfunctie.
- Bewezen ervaring in datacenter infrastructures, cloud in het algemeen (en Azure in het bijzonder) is wenselijk.
- Zeer goede taalvaardigheid, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling - in het Nederlands of het Frans - en in het Engels in zijn vakgebied. Kennis van de 3 talen is een troef.
- Analytische geest, met een grote focus op kwaliteit en ‘klantenservice en -tevredenheid’.
- Proactief en plantrekker, oplossingsgericht.
- Gestructureerd en flexibel.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en zeer sterke onderhandelaar.
- Zin voor detail en in staat om de werkprocedures te beheren.
- Handelt kostenbewust en denkt na over mogelijke besparingen.
- Is in staat om als mentor en coach op te treden.
