Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zullen omvatten:
Als Learning & Development Expert, neem je de rol op je van het ontwikkelen van leertrajecten (blended learning aanpak) ter ondersteuning van de transformatie van de organisatie door nauw samen te werken met het bedrijf op gebieden zoals DEI, Offshore en Digitaal. Ondersteuning bieden bij de communicatie en veranderingsmanagement van de leertrajecten binnen de organisatie. Bronnen en inhoud verzamelen om in te zetten in begeleide leertrajecten en programma's. Samenwerken met alle belanghebbenden (bedrijf, L&D-teams, deelnemers,...) om de ontworpen leerervaringen te testen. Focus op het maximaliseren van de impact voor onze werknemers voor het realiseren van de bedrijfsstrategie.
**Profiel**
Vereisten:
- Je hebt meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in het ontwerpen van effectieve leertrajecten, met een blended aanpak (klaslokaal leren, digitaal leren, microlearning, mobiel leren, enz.), idealiter voor zowel data als soft skills.
- Je hebt ervaring met het gebruik van een LMS (bijv. SAP SuccessFactors) als beheerder om de mogelijkheden en de logica erachter te begrijpen.
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen en maken van e-learnings als instructeur met een of meer auteurstools is een pluspunt.
- Je kunt niet alleen effectieve leer
- en ontwikkelmethoden, maar ook projectmanagement, communicatie en verandermanagementconcepten, tools en technieken hanteren.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en/of Duits is een voordeel.
- Je bent een gepassioneerde opvoeder; de tevredenheid van je interne klanten is essentieel voor jou.
- Je werkt graag in een team, met bedrijven of externe partners en kunt gemakkelijk vertrouwensrelaties met hen opbouwen.
- Je durft bedrijfsvereisten uit te dagen met als doel impact te creëren. Je bent georganiseerd en beheert je prioriteiten effectief.
