We are recruiting a **Learning & Development Coordinator **for KI (Knauf Insulation). This position reports to the _Group Talent & Development Manager_, based in the Visé office.

The **location** is very flexible as Knauf Insulation is a **large international family** and we wish the team to represent our footprint.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**What's your mission?** As part of your work in cross-functional teams your responsibilities are to implement high quality **Learning & Development strategic programs** and enhance overall employee performance and knowledge. You **oversee employee development** and learning initiatives that are in line with business objectives. The Learning & Development Coordinator plays a critical role in **improving the skills and knowledge** of employees and in supporting the People Organization in developing the Learning & Development strategy.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work with the KI Talent & Development team and in **partnership **with important functional and regional human resources and business to establish **project objectives and deliverables**, as well as to develop and revise project plans.
- **Facilitate a group of content experts**, remain current with **market & technological developments**, and work with **outside partners**.

- You have experience in **developing training programs contents**.
- You are **proactive**, team player with an innovation and **entrepreneurial mindset**.
- You have been **exposed to international environments** and a variety of countries cultures.
