About the Team:
The team consists of experts in pre-sales in the banking payments across several countries in Europe.
- They have the right mix of industry knowledge in payments, excellent communication and presentation
- skills.
What you will be doing:
- Play an integral role in the sales process utilizing in-depth product knowledge to provide business
expertise to sales staff in uncovering prospect requirements and identifying product functionality gaps to develop, recommend, and package the best possible products/solutions and/or services for client prospects through sales presentations and product demonstrations such as:
- Deliver sales presentations and solution demonstrations, and provide coverage at annual trade
shows and client events
- Provide functional expertise in the pre-sales process in collaboration with sales team
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge across broad functional areas
- Identify and qualify clients’ business and functional requirements in order to obtain initial
project estimates, identify solution gaps after gathering clients’ requirements and communicate back to product management
- Respond to RFI’s / RFP / client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with their business case by performing ROI analysis
- Develop new business opportunities across our segments, join other business unit for
comprehensive demonstrations and interface with the product management, professional services, support and development organizations
- As a market expert, be aware of industry trends, customer and market drivers and regulatory initiatives; understand the competitive offerings and their differentiators in the market, read trade and industry journals to keep abreast of industry thoughts and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who has a passion for Financial Software and IT solutions. The ideal
- functional presales role.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of banking payments in general: you are familiar with SEPA,
- SWIFT Ecosystems as well as the ISO20022 payment normalization.
- 5 Years minimum proven experience within the Financial Services, Management Consultancy or
- IT Sectors, working as a Presales Consultant, Business Analyst or as Implementation Services
- Consultant in the FINTECH environment.
- Ability to effectively learn new products and services and demonstrate these articulately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to persuade and influence
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Ability to talk to various levels in a Corporate organization, from users to CFO’s
- Self-motivation and motivation / inspiration of others
- Maintaining professionalism and projecting a positive image of the company
- Fluent English written and verbal language skills
- Fluent in either German or French written and verbal language skills, additional languages are a plus
- Strong willingness to travel all across Europe (exceptional travel outside Europe). Approximately
