Infrastructure projects and integrations, on-site and in the cloud;
Services related to networks, security, server & storage, cloud, monitoring, service desk, and on-site support;
You will be among the first to explore new technologies and can constantly update your skills in our ICT Academy. **Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Understand client & market needs**:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and engage in early-stage discussions to understand their business challenges and technology requirements. Understand the market needs in general related to Managed Services.
Conduct in-depth client needs analysis, asking probing questions to uncover specific pain points and business objectives.
**2. Solution Design and Proposal**:
Leverage your technical expertise to design and architect customized managed service solutions that align with client requirements and capabilities.
Prepare detailed and compelling proposals, technical documentation, and scope of work (SOW) for managed service opportunities. Throughout the bids, enhance standard managed services offering (Service Description, optional services, pricing tool,...)
**3. Product/Solution Demonstrations and Presentations**:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical capabilities and benefits of managed service solutions to prospective clients.
Address technical inquiries, clarify doubts, and provide expert guidance during client meetings and presentations.
**4. Technical Expertise and Market Insights**:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to managed services and IT solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of the managed service offerings, differentiators, and competitive positioning. You are 'the' expert related to Managed Services.
**5. Product Management and Portfolio**:
Develop and execute a clear product strategy for the managed services portfolio, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.
Oversee the entire managed services portfolio and ensure that it is coherent, balanced, and meets the needs of different customer segments.
Manage the entire lifecycle of the managed services products, from ideation and development to launch, ongoing maintenance, and end-of-life planning.
**6. RFP/RFI Response**:
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) documents with well-crafted technical responses that showcase the expertise.
**7. Sales Collaboration and Support**:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support complex sales opportunities, providing technical insights, addressing client queries, and contributing to negotiations.
**8. Continuous Learning and Development**:
Continuously enhance technical knowledge of managed services, industry trends, and related technologies to effectively contribute to sales efforts.
Share insights and knowledge with team members to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in pre-sales or technical sales support, particularly in managed services or similar IT solutions.
Strong technical background with expertise in various IT domains, including cloud computing, networking, security, and system administration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and design appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
IT certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
