Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een passie voor HR? - Als HR Administrator ben jij dé spin in het web op ons kantoor.
- Je verzekert een vlekkeloze administratie, waarbij je samen met je collega-administrator verantwoordelijk bent voor het opstellen van de contracten van onze uitzendkrachten, voor een foutloze verloning, het beheren van sociale documenten en het controleren en verzenden van facturen.
- Daarnaast biedt je ondersteuning op vlak van moeilijke dossiers, regel je medische onderzoeken en houd je vinger aan de pols bij zowel klanten als kandidaten, waarbij 'beter voorkomen dan genezen' je motto is.
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
- Bachelor denkniveau : Je hebt een bacheloropleiding afgerond of je kan gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen en je hebt een solide basis in HR en/of administratie.
- Ownership: Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw taken en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is.
- Correct en nauwkeurig: Fouten zijn niet jouw ding. Jij zorgt voor een feilloze administratie.
- Klantvriendelijk en servicegericht: Jij bent het gezicht van ons kantoor. Jouw vriendelijke en servicegerichte houding maken het verschil.
- De glimlach aan de telefoon: Telefoneren is voor jou meer dan alleen praten. Het is een kans om met de glimlach een positieve indruk achter te laten.
- SPOC voor uitzendkrachten en klanten: Jij bent de centrale contactpersoon, altijd bereid om te helpen en vragen te beantwoorden.
- Vlot in Nederlands en Engels: Je communiceert vlekkeloos in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
