**Functie**:
Als **HR Administrator** krijg je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je zal deel uitmaken van
onze gehele** HR afdeling;**:
- Fungeren ter ondersteuning
van de **personeelsadministratie** en zal **verantwoordelijk** zijn voor het
**correct behandelen van personeelsdossiers;**:
- Verwerken van de
**administratie** rond mobiliteit zoals het aanvragen van **tankkaarten,**
**behandelen van schadedossiers** en de opmaak van gebruiksovereenkomsten
- Je speelt een grote rol in
de opvolging van het **cafetariaplan**;
- Ook zal je je schouders mee
zetten onder de payrolltaken zoals **onboarding**, **onkostennota's** en
**prestaties**;
- "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:NL-BE">Je hebt de mogelijkheid krijgen
om mee te werken aan **interne** **projecten** zoals **wellbeing** en de ondersteuning
van goede doelen.

- Je ontvangt een brutosalaris tussen €2000-2300, je ontvangt maaltijdcheques van 8 euro per gewerkte dag;
- De opstart is op** uitzend basis** met de mogelijkheid tot het bekomen van een** contract van onbepaalde duur.
**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Als **HR Administrator** kan je je vinden in het volgende:
- een HR gerelateerde opleiding gevolgd of een eerste ervaring in **personeelsadministratie**;
- Je hebt oog voor detail en **administratief** sterk;
- ** Initiatiefnemer en volhardend,** daarnaast ben je klantgericht en communicatief sterk;
- Eveneens ben je **stressbestendig** en **hulpvaardig** ingesteld;
- Enige kennis van ERP-systemen is een plus en je hebt kennis van **MS Office;**:
- Last but not least heb je een zeer goede kennis van het **Nederlands; Engels** is een plus.
