3e is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative Trainee to join our growing team. As we strive to enhance our market presence and strengthen our client base, we are looking for a proactive individual to support our sales efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the SDR manager to create new opportunities for the Sales team by identifying new customers and contributing to the expansion of our customer database.

In this role, you will assist the SDR Manager and will collaborate with our Marketing team to ensure alignment in our approach to customer acquisition and retention.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Researching and identifying potential leads and prospects within our **target market segments**.
- Enriching and updating our **Customer Relationship Management** (CRM) database: you will maintain and update our CRM database with accurate and relevant information. This includes entering new leads, updating contact details, and ensuring data integrity.
- Participating in **event preparation**: You will assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, conferences, and webinars from a database point of view.
- **Interacting with different departments**: including Marketing, to support integrated sales and marketing campaigns. This may involve sharing insights, providing feedback on lead quality, and coordinating follow-up activities.

**Requirements**:
What is important to us:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field and currently enrolled in it
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Fluency in English (spoken as well as written)

Bonus points for:

- Experience working with Excel
- Knowledge of Hubspot and CRM solutions
- Knowledge of any other European language.
