**Project Assistant (service support)
- **Working Location**:Braine - l'Alleud, Belgium**

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Good general education at least to higher secondary level
- 3+ years of professional experience of administrative and organisational duties
- Knowledge of, and experience in budget and financial management
- Proficient in document management (workflow, quality control, and distribution)
- Familiarity with various software packages, in particular the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) or similar

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Service Delivery Support

ü Assist the Change Coordinator during the Approved Service Interruptions process

ü Creation and maintenance of a database Services delivered (for example phones extensions number) per customer

ü Active services obsolescence management including customer engagement

ü SLA and SSP Tracking
- Reporting

ü Extract simple Excel reports from EBA or from ITSM

ü Update the Balanced Scorecard with the metrics extracted from EBA, ServiceNow and ITSM

ü Services utilization reporting

ü Preparation of Monthly Business Review EBA

ü Creates Purchasing Requests (PRs) in EBA

ü Monitor the process to transform a PR into a Purchasing Order (PO)

ü Updates the Contract Registry as soon as a PR or a PO is issued

ü Creates the monthly receipts in EBA for IWCs (Interim Workforce Capacity)

ü Creates receipts in EBA for hardware, software and services purchases

ü Liaises with the Acquisition/ECAM/Warehouse stakeholders for receiving hardware and software licenses
- ServiceNow

ü Performs reoccurring "Quality Checks" on the ServiceNow Plans, using a predefined Quality Checklist

ü Tracks Timesheet submissions and overarches it

ü Liaises with the Project Managers for allocating proper funding
