**Dit is jouw topjob**:
In het **Chief Financial Office** vind je ervaren experts op het vlak van finance, tax & legal. Onze finance-collega’s zorgen ervoor dat alle financiële processen correct verlopen: de boekhouding, financiële controles, de budgetopmaak en forecasts, de controle van kosten en onze beleggingen van verzekeringsprovisies. Het **Central Risk Office** ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van het end-to-end rapportageproces van AG en is verantwoordelijk voor de risicomodellen en -methoden die transversaal worden gebruikt.

Het **Project & Process**-team speelt hierbij een belangrijke rol. Het team beheert alle veranderingen gelinkt aan de activiteiten van deze twee afdelingen: digitalisering, nieuwe Europese standaarden zoals IFRS17, GDPR,... Daarnaast beheert het de applicaties, van de behoefteanalyse en het zoeken naar oplossingen tot de implementatie ervan met collega's van IT. Tot slot staat het team in voor het procesmanagement van alle activiteiten van de twee afdelingen om de operationele efficiëntie van hun recurrente activiteiten te versterken (Fast Close), de kwaliteit van de meest kritieke deliverables te garanderen (SII closing, financial closings) en de documentatie en kennis van alle actoren te verbeteren.

Om dit team te versterken en bij te dragen aan de realisatie van dit programma zijn we op zoek naar een **Business & Process Analyst**.
- Als lid van een multidisciplinair team ben je verantwoordelijk voor **het CFO- en CRO-procesmanagement**.
- Je voert de nodige **businessanalyses** uit en start de bijbehorende projecten.
- Je **beheert deze projecten van A tot Z** (opvolging van de kosten en verwachte winsten).
- Je zorgt voor de **uitvoering van testplannen** (dry runs, user acceptance testing (UAT) met de business enz.).
- Je streeft naar een continue verbetering van de processen.
- **Samenwerking** is belangrijk. Je onderhoudt regelmatige contacten met ons IT-team en met externe leveranciers, en werkt in teamverband met collega's binnen en buiten het CFO.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je hebt een solide** **ervaring in project
- of procesmanagement** (mínimaal drie jaar).
- Ben je bovendien vertrouwd met de **standaarden van procesmanagement** (BPMN2.0)? Absoluut een plus
- Als een echte **teamspeler** versterk je de solidariteit binnen het team. Je geeft ook blijk van **autonomie**. Je werkt altijd heel nauwkeurig, om de resultaten binnen de vastgestelde termijnen te behalen.
- Heb je naast het **Nederlands** een goede kennis van het **Frans**, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling? Geweldig Beheers je ook het **Engels** vrij goed? Fantastisch
- Je bezit een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting. Prachtig. Heb je meer een gelijkwaardige ervaring? Dat is ook goed. **Je interesse in de financiële sector** en zijn activiteiten maakt vooral het verschil
