Strategical Operations Manager

Als Strategical Operations Manager zal je mede verantwoordelijk zijn voor de Business Unit Actemium in Leuven waarbij je met leiderschap zal instaan voor alle operationele activiteiten, alsook de continuïteit ervan.
Verder zal je de processen optimaliseren en zorgen voor de verbetering van technische oplossingen. Je doet dit samen met je team en je neemt deel aan het MT van de Business Unit.
Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
- Je keurt alle operationele en commerciële budgetten goed en ondersteunt de projectmanager bij de operationele invulling van projecten;
- Je geeft de Business Unit Manager ondersteuning bij:
- het opstellen van de Business Unit strategie en vertalen van operationele doelstellingen in korte en lange termijn acties
- de verdere commerciële uitbouw van onze Business Unit
- de organisatie van offertes en de contract onderhandelingen
- Je bepaalt de verantwoordelijkheden binnen projectteams, rekening houdend met ervaring, competenties en projectrisico’s;
- Contract management in samenwerking met de project managers. Strategische begeleiding van de project managers bij de uitbouw van strategieën en/of bij het oplossen van belangrijke project issues.
- Je adviseert, coacht en geeft operationele support aan de Project Managers;
- Je beheert het personeel in functie van lopende projecten alsook toekomstige opportuniteiten op korte en lange termijn;
- Je ziet toe op de werkmethodes en procedures met betrekking tot dagdagelijkse werking, veiligheid en kwaliteit;
- Je onderhoudt partnerships met subcontractors;
- Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking met de shared services en andere Business Units

Met jouw ondernemende instelling, enthousiasme en leiderschap werk je samen met je team aan de resultaten van de Business Unit. Je deelt graag je visie en bent proactief. Verder heb je:
- Master industrieel ingenieur/ elektromechanica/ energie/ elektrotechniek;
- +- 10 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de Farmaceutische of Fine Chemicals industrie;
- Ervaring in Utilities en (Farmaceutische) processen is een pluspunt;
- Sterke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans;
- Geen moeite met je te vinden in de kernwaarden van VINCI: Transparantie, Vertrouwen, Empowerment, Ondernemerschap, Solidariteit.
