We are growing and **launching **our **HR **Consulting **Services **
Sander is currently looking for experienced (1 - 6 years) Business Managers / Account Manager with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills to launch our RPO department.
Sander. is a Recruitment agency and an HR-Tech start-up. Starting from scratch almost 3 years ago, we now have a team of over 17 people, more than 145 partnerships and an annual growth of **160% **. This year alone, we have welcomed 8 people and launched our digital platform.
Our mission is to reinvent the recruitment industry and we are an enthusiastic, ambitious and dedicated team with over 10 years of experience. Our areas of development are financial, IT and HRM recruitment.
**Function**:
As a business manager / Account Manager you will take the lead together with the founder and experienced manager in the launch of our HR Consulting services (your own business unit).
- Develop this department and take care of existing clients
- **Contribute **to **the **strategy **of development
- **Develop **and **manage **a portfolio of existing and new client accounts
- Hold client presentations and manage projects and develop new offers
- Manage finance and administration of your profit center
- Recruit high potential HR consultants and manage their careers and personal development
- Support your team of consultants in their projects
**Profile**:
- You have a Bachelor’s or a Master degree in business, economics or human resources
- You speak fluent English and Dutch or French
- You have at least 1 year of experience as Business Manager in a consulting company
- Strong **entrepreneurial **spirit and **leadership **skills
- You are **pragmatic **, good people management skills and willing to do the extra miles in order to evolve
