Een Junior Business Support Officer heeft een gevarieerd takenpakket:

- **Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende departementen** om ervoor te zorgen dat de dagelijkse activiteiten soepel verlopen.
- Je draagt ook bij tot **de verbetering van interne bedrijfsprocessen en de communicatie bij de klant.**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van **hoogwaardige legal, administratieve of commerciële ondersteunende diensten aan onze klanten**.

**Deze taken vormen de verantwoordelijkheid van vier expliciete functies**:

- **Junior Commercial Banking Advisor** (combinatie sales & customer care)
- **Junior Dossierbeheerder **(focus administratie/dossierbeheer)
- **Junior Customer Service Medewerker** (combinatie administratie & customer care)
- **Junior KYC Analist** (legal)

**Wie zoeken we?**

**Studies**: Je hebt net je hogere studies met succes afgerond. Belangrijker dan de studierichting die je koos, zijn je _drive_ en enthousiasme om er samen voor te gaan.

**Ervaring**: Afhankelijk van de concrete rol die je verkiest, voorziet onze klant voor jou de nodige opleidingen en trainingen zodat je snel je draai vindt binnen het team. Een eerste werkervaring is dus niet vereist, al is een stage-ervaring of ervaring als jobstudent in een ondersteunende rol uiteraard wel een grote troef.

**Talen**:Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in zowel Nederlands en Frans. Verder beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

**Persoonlijke interesses**: Je hebt een sterke interesse in diverse sectoren. Variatie is voor jouw belangrijk en daarom overweeg je een job als consultant bij een van onze klanten.

**Sterke punten**: Je bent een echte teamspeler, al kan je ook heel goed zelfstandig werken en multitasken. Je biedt een luisterend oor aan klanten en met behulp van je klantgerichte mindset en je sterke analytische geest vind je graag een passend antwoord op al hun vragen. Als je een probleem spot, dan denk jij meteen in oplossingen. Dat is simpelweg jouw superkracht.

**Expertise**: Je hebt een basiskennis van de meest courante computer -en softwaretoepassingen (Word, Excel, Outlook....).
