**Allianz Benelux is currently looking for our next Head of Strategic Customer & Market Management You want to steer our Strategic Customer & Market Management activities and act as change agent within our Benelux organization? You have in depth knowledge of Customer Experience/Analytics and Market Intelligence? You can translate Customer and Market insights into strategic actions across different line of businesses? You have a Master’s degree, preferably in Economic sciences, Commercial Engineering or equivalent? Check Relevant experience in Strategic Market Management and Market Research? Check Proven experience in Customer Experience/Insights and customer segment steering? Check You are able to understand data and use it as main driver in business development and business decisions? Check Experience with data driven Market management in the financial sector? Check You are fluent in English with good knowledge of French and/or Dutch? Check Finally, you don’t shy away from discussion, you are innovative and succeed in convincing all relevant stakeholders? Check Last but not least, teamwork makes the dream work? Check Double check

- Supervising and responsible for Customer Research and Customer oriented implementation

- Improving Customer Experience in end-to-end customer journeys
- Steering Market Intelligence by providing customer and market insights to set strategic direction
- Supporting the further development of the Strategic Customer & Market Management department into a leading voice throughout the organization
