As a Key Account Manager Benelux, you will grow our market share in the Retail segment. You will be the main point of contact between us, our brands and your clients.

Do you want to work with strong brands in the DIY-channel, a channel where you have a lot of influence on the entire customer journey? PPG is one of the largest producers of paint and coating products in the world. In the Benelux-region you’ll know them from brands such as Sigma, Histor and Rambo.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and implement the account plan for the large DIY chains in Belgium and the Netherlands in line with the overall Retail Benelux Plan.
- Responsible for growth of PPG revenue, margin and market share with these customers.
- Responsible for negotiations at head office on, amongst others, pricing and terms & conditions.
- Monitor, analyse and report business performance of your customers on a monthly basis.
- Actively work on several new business leads where the foundation has already been laid.
- Internally responsible for forecasting and coordination with other departments for your customers, but also part of a commercial team (with brand and shopper marketing) for one of our brands.

**Qualifications**
- HBO+ level with minimum of 5 - 10 years of sales experience (Headquarters).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at the same time, to deliver results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch and very good command of English and French.
- Result-oriented, analytical and a self-starter/proactive who likes to take on responsibilities.
