Voor ons Operations Departement in België, zijn we opzoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Care Operator voor onze Customer Care Afdeling.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je ontvangt alle vragen van onze klanten en dit zowel telefonisch als per mail. Je bezorgt onze klanten zo snel mogelijk een correct antwoord of je biedt hen onmiddellijk een adequate oplossing.
- Als eerste aanspreekpunt behandel je vragen gerelateerd aan de facturatie, aan MyPages (klantenpagina) en help je bij eerstelijn technische vragen.
- Je ondersteunt je Teamleader met de taken die aan jou worden toevertrouwd.

**Jouw profiel**

De ideale kandidaat voor deze functie is een doorzetter die in staat is om nieuwe informatie op een snelle en correcte manier te begrijpen en toe te passen.
- Je hebt mínimaal 1 jaar ervaring met telefonische klantendienstcontacten.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Je bent klantgericht en je bent in staat om op een correcte manier de vragen van klanten te beantwoorden.
- Je bent een voorbeeld van professionalisme, beleefdheid en hebt een kan het klantencontact naar een hoger niveau tillen.
- Je bent flexibel en je bent bereid om in shiften te werken.
- Je bent in staat om de noden van de klant te analyseren en hierop gepast te reageren.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en je bent in staat om je werk te organiseren.

**Responsabilités**:

- En tant que première personne de contact, vous répondez aux questions relatives aux factures, à MyPages (pages clients) et fournissez une assistance technique de première ligne.
- Vous répondez également à des questions plus complexes de tes collègues.
- Vous supportez le Teamleader pour des tâches qui vous seront confiées.

**Votre profil**
- Vous possédez une expérience de minimum 1 an dans un service clientèle téléphonique.
- Vous maîtrisez couramment le néerlandais et le français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Vous êtes orienté client et êtes capable de répondre de manière ciblée aux questions des clients.
- Vous faites preuve de professionnalisme, de politesse et d’exhaustivité dans vos contacts.
- Vous êtes flexible et disposé à travailler en shifts
- Vous êtes capable d’analyses les besoins des clients et d’offrir une solution ciblée.
- Vous êtes précis et organisé dans votre travail.
