**Over onze klant**:
Onze klant is een snelgroeiende scale-up die gespecialiseerd is in het bieden van volledige administratieve ondersteuning aan klanten, met name binnen de vastgoedmarkt. Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Brussel.
**Als Customer Care Representative zijn dit jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je maakt deel uit van het Operations Team en onderhoudt contacten met verschillende stakeholders, zoals vastgoedmakelaars, verhuizers en nutsleveranciers.
- Je geeft advies aan klanten over hun nutsvoorzieningen en streeft ernaar om samen met hen de beste keuzes te maken op het gebied van energie, telecom, enzovoort.
- Je zorgt voor nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking en opvolging van lopende klantendossiers.
- Je ontwikkelt een goed begrip van de doelstellingen, verwachtingen en behoeften van vastgoedmakelaars en ondersteunt hen door middel van coaching en training bij het succesvol gebruik van de producten en online tools.
- Je werkt nauw samen met nutsleveranciers om een vlotte opvolging te garanderen.

- Je spreekt uitstekend Frans en hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands.
- Je bent zeer klantgericht en streeft naar een hoge klanttevredenheid.
- Je hebt een “get the job done” mentaliteit en gaat net dat stapje verder om klanten tevreden te stellen.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer die zorg draagt voor collega’s en samenwerkt om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken.
- Je hebt een leergierige instelling, een sterke motivatie en je wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen.
