**Functie**:
Als Forecast Manager bewaar je het overzicht van alle projecten die onze klant ‘outdoor’ uitvoert; denk aan zonnepanelen en laadpalen, en van alle interventies van de techniekers. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor de afstemming van de beschikbare resources op de gestelde jaarbehoeften voor de verschillende projecten en interventies binnen de outdoor organisatie.

Welke verantwoordelijkheden vallen nog onder deze functie:

- Je hebt steeds een duidelijke focus op de ingezette capaciteit in functie van het beschikbare budget en zal hierover transparant communiceren met de afdelingen zoals partnermanagement en recruitment
- Je ziet efficiëntieverbeteringen en kan deze toelichten
- Je hebt een juiste focus op KPI’s, monitort deze en stuurt bij
- Je gaat intensief meewerken aan de transformatie van de afdeling
- Wanneer je signaleert en escaleert, doe je dit tijdig en op basis van een heldere analyse en onderbouwd met de benodigde rapportage(s)
- Je levert support vanuit je analyses voor het opstellen van de juiste tools en automatisatie voor een efficiënte werking

Een Forecast Manager bij onze klant kan rekenen op volgende zaken:

- Je komt terecht in een jong dynamisch bedrijf, waar je uitgedaagd zal worden en waar je persoonlijke ontwikkeling hand in hand gaat met het opleveren van een ijzersterke dienstverlening.
- Op de werkvloer heerst er een familiale sfeer. Hier krijg je de dan kans om terecht te komen in een gezellig team met fijne lunchmomenten.
- Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit hun kantoor in Mechelen, met de mogelijkheid voor telewerk.
- Je werkt in een 40-uren systeem met glijdende uren. Daarnaast heb je boven op je standaard verlof 12 ADV dagen per jaar.
- Van ons krijg je een marktconform loon met extralegale voordelen zoals o.a. smartphone met bijhorend abonnement, bedrijfswagen met tankkaart, hospitalisatieverzekering, ecocheques, ekivita-voordelen (na 6 maanden), vakantiegeld, eindejaarspremie etc.
- De loonvork staat geplafonneerd op €3200 bruto
- Je start op met een vast contract van onbepaalde duur

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Ben jij sterk analytisch, autonoom, heb je zin voor detail maar kan je eveneens uitzoomen en ben je een echte People manager? Dan ben jij mogelijks de Forecast Manager waarnaar wij op zoek zijn

Als ideale Forecast Manager herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

- Je genoot van een hoger opleiding en beschikt over een masterdiploma
- Je hebt uitmuntende people-management skills
- Je bent resultaatgericht en altijd op zoek naar verbetering
- Je wil bestaande processen begrijpen en waar nodig optimaliseren
- Je werkt autonoom en kan zelf inschatten welke taken op welk moment prioritair zijn
- Ervaring met planning en forecasting is een pluspunt
- Je bent een iemand met goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
- Je gaat vlot om met de standaard MS omgeving (Excel, Word, PP)
