Voor het Risk Analysis & Reporting team (5 wnrs) hebben we een vacature voor een voltijdse **Head** **Risk Analysis** **& Reporting **(m/v)_ _in onze vestiging te Antwerpen-Berchem.

**Jouw toekomstige rol**:

- Je coacht en stuurt de medewerker(s) binnen het Risk Analysis & Reporting team aan teneinde de competenties, vaardigheden en know-how van de medewerker(s) optimaal te benutten en te ontwikkelen en tevens als een goed functionerende afdeling te werken.
- Je levert een bijdrage tot de dagelijkse risk monitoring teneinde mogelijke kredietrisico’s inzake de kredietportefeuille tijdig op te sporen en teniet te doen en dit in alle business line (Wealth Management, Corporate Banking en Diamond & Jewellery Clients).
- Je levert een bijdrage tot het beslissingsproces als stemhebbend lid in het kredietcomité inzake kredietdossiers teneinde de kredietportefeuille op een efficiënte wijze te beheren en ervoor te zorgen dat een correcte balans tussen risico, opbrengsten en kapitaalbeslag bekomen wordt.
- Je borgt de opvolging van de andere risico-types (met uitzondering van compliance en legal) en een tijdige rapportering en escalatie. Hiervoor zal je ook deelnemen aan het Enterprise Risk Committee.
- Je zorgt voor een continue dialoog en afstemming met relevante afdelingen in het hoofdkantoor in Nederland en met andere buitenlandse kantoren van AAB.
- Je herbekijkt op continue wijze de gehanteerde processen inzake krediet analyse & reporting teneinde de werking van de afdeling te optimaliseren en mogelijke risico’s te mínimaliseren.
- Je draagt bij tot diverse veranderingsprojecten om in lijn te blijven met regel
- en wetgeving en tot optimalisatieprojecten teneinde steeds een hoogstaande, adequate service en ondersteuning te kunnen aanbieden.

**Onze ideale collega**:

- Je bent Master (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en beschikt over ervaring in kredietanalyse van zowel Corporate als Private Banking klanten;
- Je hebt een diepgaande en brede technische en operationele kennis van de financiële en bankwereld, van de banksystemen en de diensten/producten die door een bank worden aangeboden;
- Je bent enthousiast; gedreven en leergiering en hebt de ambitie om te groeien in een internationale omgeving
- Je bent een geboren leider met eerdere ervaring in People Management
- Je beschikt over de juiste communicatieve vaardigheden om beslissingen te bespreken en te duiden aan alle belanghebbenden; daarnaast beschik je over een strategische en analytische geest en een luisterend oor
- Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin voor het geleverde werk en de te bekomen resultaten; je benadert de zaken met een kritische blik en beschikt over een dosis gezond verstand en een probleemoplossend vermogen;
- Juridische kennis en boekhoudkundige kennis zijn pluspunten;
- Je bent stressbestendig, stelt je flexibel op en getuigt van hoge integriteit en discretie
- Je bent service
- en klantgericht, pro-actief, dynamisch, accuraat en empathisch;
- Je bent goed vertrouwd met MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint);
- Je schrijft en spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- Je houdt ervan te werken in een complexe en steeds veranderende omgeving;
