The Company is an European mid-market private equity investment company managing assets from global institutional investors and families. The headquarter is in Brussels (Ixelles), and there are also offices in Paris, Munich, Milan, Madrid, Amsterdam and Luxembourg. The company invests in leading companies with a sustainable, competitive position in attractive niche sectors, that are headquartered in the Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, with a constant emphasis on developing their environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) journey during its investment period. The company employs 55 direct employees (15 in Belgium) across 7 offices.
The Management Assistant in Brussels will have the following responsibilities : You will daily assist & support the team (6 persons + 1 partner).
- Prepare & edit all communications, correspondence, presentations and other documents.
- File administrative documents & archiving.
- Private administration management for the CEO (medical appointments, holiday bookings, taxi, train, flight bookings, etc...).
- Monitoring, screening and distribution of all incoming communications.
- Receive & welcome visitors.
- Daily contact with high level profiles (CEO's, CFO's, board members, advisors,...).
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Database en CRM management en updating.
- Coordinating agendas for events, meetings, etc....
**Job Requirements**
Who are we looking for?
- You hold a bachelor degree in Office Management, or in Business Communication or in Languages.
- You have at least a previous experience of 2 years as a Personal Assistant or as Executive Assistant or as a Management Assistant in a corporate environment.
- You have an excellent knowledge of English & Dutch.
- IT : proficient computer skills and a deep knowledge of MS Office.

**Salary and Benefits**
What is the offer?
- A permanent contract.
- Hours: fulltime 38h/week from monday to friday.
- Salary package: €3500- €3900 gross depending on experience
- Meal vouchers of €8/day
- Eco-vouchers: €250/year
- 13th month and insurance
- 1 day of home working/week
