As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your expertise in Space operations to work on projects for the client. You’ll plan and coordinate Space considerations into exercises and will influence Space domain considerations in planning and operations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes in multiple domains as part of joint missions.

You’ll guide the work we do on behalf of the client to incorporate Space considerations and understanding into exercises, plans, and activities. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems**_._**

**You Have**:

- 10+ years of experience in DoD space operations and military leadership
- Experience working in the J7 military exercises, including the planning, design, execution, and assessment of exercises
- Experience working in the J5, Strategy, and Plans, including the development and revamping of Campaign and Contingency Plans
- Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle
- Ability to prepare and conduct seminars or work groups, conduct training in large and small groups, and conduct post-exercise analysis
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- DoD IDE or JPMEI Certification, including C2WAC Certification

**Nice If You Have**:

- 15+ years of experience with DoD space operations and military leadership
- 4+ years of experience with exercises at the CCMD Strategic Level
- Experience with Electronic Warfare systems
- Master’s degree
- SDE or JPMEII Certification, including MDOS Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
