**Marketing & Sales Manager**:

Our Client is a public limited company that operates public transport in Belgium. They are now looking for a **Marketing & Sales Manager **to replace one of their staff members during illness.
**Function description**
**Account management of assigned business partners.**
- Development and management of commercial relationships (communication, coordination, reporting).
- Planning, preparation and organization of meetings with the different partners
- Follow-up on the questions of the partners and identification of proactive opportunities especially for temporary actions.
- Site visits with or among the partners.
**Creation and management of the products**
- Technical creation of the products:
- Concept proposal, offers
- Proposal of pricing at each creation/adaptation - preparation for Product Manager validation
- Coordination and follow-up of technical implementation; creation of technical worksheet and follow-up of the flow (data quality management)
- Creation, distribution and management of internal communication through reporting of products created (Conversion letters, sales meetings presentations, Product sheets, Other internal channels (Yammer posts,...))
- Management of contracts: creation/adjustments (attachments), follow-up of signatures, modifications, renewals,... for all products that require a partner contract.
**Communication Management / External promotion**
- Coordination and supervision of the creation/adaptation web pages by product (text, visual)
- Proposal planning (calendar) and implementation of communications Aways On; definition, planning, supervision of implementation.
- Coordination and timely follow-up of communications: temporary actions, videos social media, contests, etc.
- Participation (input and follow-up) in the creation of the brochures (2 editions/year).
- Internal reporting to the partner.
**Job requirements**
- Computer knowledge: good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook,...)
- You have a perfect command of Dutch and a good knowledge of French (minimum passive) & Good notions of English
- Knowledge of marketing and communication principles
- Fluent Communicator (telephone) and fluent speaker.
- Interest in the cultural environment and tourism in Belgium.
- Organizational skills
- Customer and result oriented
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Comfortable with technical and commercial negotiations
- Able to cooperate with other managements and teams - you are a 'team player
- Able to develop a professional network internally and externally, always keeping confidentiality in mind.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours (performance outside scheduled regular hours)
- Familiarity with numbers, putting them in the right form and being able to interpret them correctly is a plus.
**Offer**
An Interim Management assignment foreseen for:
- 20 days in 2023
- 60 days in 2024 (+ Another 40 days optional)
Start date: November 20th, 2023
**Organizational and departmental definition**
You will report to the Marketing and Sales Director.
You will be replacing an absent colleague and will create a strategic marketing plan to achieve the growth ambition that the Client has set for the Leisure Market segment.
- Create a strategic marketing plan to achieve the growth ambition that the Client has set (+36% increase in passenger traffic in 10 years):
- Map the biggest consumer drivers in Leisure travel
- Map main destinations (analysis of current traffic, external data of tourism organizations,...)
- Check where the Client can play a role
- Calculate potential & action plan to realize potential
- Drawing up a first impetus execution plan:
- Marketing mix per destination
- Prioritize action plans over 3 years
- Manage a number of designated key accounts
