Als Digital Event Officer sta je in voor de operationele uitvoering van commerciële acties en evenementen, zowel digitaal als fysiek. Je werkt binnen de directie distributie en draagt dus bij a_an de commerciële animatie van makelaars, sales, partnerships, B2B-klanten. Je draagt dus hierbij aan het behalen van de commerciële doelstellineng van Distribution._

Je taken:

- Je bent betrokken in het organiseren van evenementen van kleine tot grote omvang. Je leidt deze projecten van de ontwikkeling tot de realisatie. Dit betekent concreet dat je zowel een plaats vindt voor je evenement, de uitnodigingen uitstuurt, de bestelbonnen encodeert maar ook de navolging doet (en grijpt in, indien nodig). Je gebruikt hiervoor je interne en externe netwerk.
- Je maakt gebruik van de tool Eventsair om de acties en evenementen op te volgen en te beheren.
- Webinars organiseren behoren tot je taken. Je weet perfect wat het kader is van een dergelijk formaat en hoe er een succes van te maken.
- Je maakt websites op voor event waar het nodig geacht wordt.
- Je maakt films op: van het opnemen tot de montage. Daarna, breng je deze film op online plateformes om de juiste branding te maken.
- Je werkt samen met procurement in de onderhandelingen met de leveranciers.
- Je ondersteunt je collega’s bij het gebruik van Coupa (boekhouding systeem); boeken van informatie, facturen opvolgen,

Je wordt dus DE referentie voor het digitaal gebeuren van het teams (films, Eventsaire, Coupa, Excel, ), naast de meer traditionele job aspecten van een event officer.

**Jouw Profiel**
- Je hebt een Master diploma of equivalent door ervaring
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je bent een “digital native” ; je houdt van nieuwe technologieën, je bent op de hoogte van de nieuwe trends en bekijkt hoe je deze efficient kan inzetten in je job.
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring met de software Cousa & Eventsair
- Je kent Excell door en door; pivot table & mail merge hebben geen geheim voor jouw.
- Je bent drietalig FR/NL/GB
- Daarnaast ben je ook commercieel ingesteld, empathisch, overtuigend en uitgedaagd door challenges
- Je bent ook bereid om te werken met flexibele werkuren
