Voor een van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een Digital Event Officer. Onze klant is een Frans bedrijf gespecialiseerd in verzekerings
- en vermogensbeheerdiensten. Vandaag de dag is het een van de grootste verzekeringsmaatschappijen ter wereld met meer dan 100 miljoen klanten in meer dan 50 landen.
Als Digital Event Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele uitvoering van evenementen, zowel digitaal als fysiek. Je werkt binnen de afdeling "Distributie" en draagt bij aan de commerciële animatie van makelaars, vertegenwoordigers, partners en B2B-klanten.
**Description**
Uw verantwoordelijkheden:
- U bent betrokken bij de organisatie van kleine tot grote evenementen. U beheert deze projecten vanaf de ontwikkeling tot de voltooiing ervan. Concreet betekent dit dat je een locatie vindt voor je evenement, de uitnodigingen verstuurt, de bestelbonnen invoert, maar ook zorgt voor de opvolging (en ingrijpt indien nodig). Hiervoor maak je gebruik van je interne en externe netwerk.
- Je gebruikt de tool Eventsair om acties en evenementen op te volgen en te beheren.
- Tot je taken behoort het organiseren van webinars. Je kent het kader van een dergelijk format en weet hoe je er een succes van kunt maken.
- Je maakt waar nodig websites voor evenementen.
- Je maakt films: van opname tot montage. Vervolgens zet je deze film op online platforms om een goed merkbeeld te creëren.
- Je werkt samen met de inkoopafdeling tijdens onderhandelingen met leveranciers.
- Je helpt je collega's bij het gebruik van Coupa (boekhoudsysteem); inboeken van informatie, opvolgen van facturen, etc.
Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle digitale aspecten van het team (films, Eventsaire, Coupa, Excel, etc.), naast de meer traditionele aspecten van de functie van Event Officer.
**Profile**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar professionele ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je bent een digital native; je houdt van nieuwe technologieën, bent je bewust van nieuwe trends en zoekt naar manieren om deze effectief in je werk te gebruiken.
- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Cousa en Eventsair.
- Je kent Excell als je broekzak; draaitabel & mail merge hebben geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je bent drietalig FR/NL/EN
- Je bent ook commercieel ingesteld, empathisch, overtuigend en uitdagend.
- Je bent ook bereid om flexibele uren te werken.
