**Wat houdt deze vacature in?**:
Nieuwe fintech-bedrijven en technologiereuzen dagen ons uit om onszelf als bank heruit te vinden. Daar zijn we dan ook volop mee bezig. Via nieuwe technologie en slim gebruik van data zetten we de toon. KBC-klanten hebben tal van mogelijkheden om te betalen. Denk naast betaalkaarten en overschrijvingen bijvoorbeeld ook aan Payconiq en wearables.

Als Projectmedewerker Acquiring Solutions zorg jij er mee voor dat we voor handelaren een even **sterk aanbod van betaaloplossingen** hebben om betaald te worden. Je versterkt het team dat een **nieuwe businesslijn** opzet en lanceert voor acquiring solutions. Omdat dit een nieuw, ambitieus, internationaal project is binnen KBC kan je een grote **impact** maken. Klinkt dat goed?

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je geeft mee vorm aan onze **waardepropositie** voor verschillende doelsegmenten.
- Vervolgens bepaal je de business requirements en stel je een **delivery roadmap** op. Zijn er value added services? Dan heb jij ze gespot en gedefinieerd.
- Hiervoor analyseer je de Belgische markt en ga je het gesprek aan met interne stakeholders. Dat zijn collega’s aan de commerciële kant en de delivery teams die instaan voor de technische ontwikkeling. Naast de requirements bespreek je ook timing en prioriteiten met hen.
- Je gaat **op zoek naar externe partners** die ons de technische slagkracht geven om commerciële groei te realiseren en aan de noden van klanten te voldoen.
- Je biedt ondersteuning om **nieuwe operationele processen en procedures** op te zetten: efficiënte, klantgerichte processen en procedures die compliant zijn met regelgeving en het risicokader van KBC Group.
- Binnen het internationaal programma verdedig jij de **belangen van de Belgische markt** wanneer een gemeenschappelijke aanpak voor alle markten bepaald wordt.

- Als **ervaren professional binnen Acquiring Solutions** weet je perfect wat erbij komt kijken en hoe je een nieuw product en nieuwe operationele processen vormgeeft.
- Je kent de noden van handelaars.
- Omdat je meewerkt aan een internationaal project is het belangrijk dat je graag en sterk communiceert in het **Engels**.
