My client is committed to providing innovative payment processing solutions to businesses of all sizes, helping them streamline their operations and increase revenue. Their success relies on strong partnerships with agents and distributors, and they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Partner Account Manager to join the team in Belgium.

As a Partner Account Manager - POS Acquiring, you will play a pivotal role in the company´s growth strategy in Belgium. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and expand partnerships with agents and distributors, contributing to the company´s market presence and revenue growth.

This role is based in Belgium, for a trilingual speaker (Dutch, French, and English) with a strong background in sales, relationship or partner management, and a keen understanding of the payments industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Partner Management (80%)**:

- Maintain and nurture existing partnerships with agents and distributors, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.- Develop strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs, and providing effective support.-
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies for mutual success.-
- Monitor partner performance and track key performance indicators to ensure goals are met.**Business Development (20%)**:

- Identify and prospect new potential partners to expand the company's market reach.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, aligning the company's objectives with those of the partner.
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and competitive advantage to win new partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the industry to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in sales, partner management, relationship management, or business development within financial services, payments or Fintech.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
