**Monizze** est un fournisseur de premier plan de chèques-repas électroniques, éco-chèques, chèques-cadeaux et plateformes innovantes dans le domaine des services RH. Nous nous concentrons sur la fourniture de solutions complètes aux entreprises. Pour renforcer notre présence, nous ajoutons un nouveau poste au sein de l'entreprise. Nous recherchons un Responsable Grands Comptes pour renforcer et développer notre réseau d'acceptation.
**Votre rôle en bref**:
**En tant que "**Partner Success Account Manager**" de la zone francophone chez Monizze, vous serez responsable de la gestion stratégique des relations avec les principaux partenaires francophones notre réseau, augmenter les revenus, identifier et conclure des opportunités de vente, et optimiser la visibilité de Monizze auprès de nos partenaires : secrétariats sociaux, comptables et fédérations.**
**Tout en rapportant au Partnership Sales Manager, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le succès global de l'unité commerciale des Partenariats. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres parties prenantes pour cultiver des relations solides, garantir la satisfaction des partenaires et clients existants, et maximiser les opportunités de revenus.**
**Ce que vous ferez**:
- Mettre en œuvre un plan d'action commercial: vous gérer et développer un portefeuille personnel de partenaires existants en conseillant et en proposant de nouvelles solutions.
- Aller régulièrement à la rencontre de nos partenaires afin d'échanger et adapter nos offres à leurs besoins tout en identifiant les opportunités de cross & up-selling.
- Suivre régulièrement les partenaires pour optimiser leur satisfaction.
- Évaluer la satisfaction des partenaires et rapporter les informations pertinentes aux divers intervenants en interne..
- Participer à des événements et des opportunités de networking.
**Ce que vous apporterez**:
- Une première expérience dans la vente.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (le néerlandais est un plus).
- Orienté résultats, persévérant et persuasif pour atteindre les objectifs.
- Attentif aux besoins directs et indirects des clients, ne renonce jamais et n'accepte pas le "non" comme réponse.
- Autonome, enthousiaste et dynamique.
- Esprit d'équipe avec un esprit entrepreneurial.
- Bon négociateur et sociable.
- Passionné par les produits et services innovants dans le domaine des TIC et des paiements électroniques.
**Ce que vous recevrez**:
- Travailler à l'étranger jusqu'à 4 semaines par an (après 6 mois chez Monizze).

- 30 jours de congé par an : 20 jours fériés légaux, 6 ADV/RTT, et 4 Monidayzz.
