Votre valeur ajoutée pour nos clients ?- La SNCB recherche un(e) Accounting officer pour renforcer son équipe de Crédit Management. Une belle opportunité pour collaborer activement au succès de la SNCB.- Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?- En tant qu’accounting officer au sein de l’équipe Credit Management vous intervenez dans le suivi administratif des factures impayées.- Vous êtes responsable du contrôle des soldes ouverts et du signalement des paiements non-effectués.
- Vous contactez par écrit et par téléphone les clients dans le cadre de la procédure de recouvrement.
- Vous traitez les réponses aux relances de paiements et réglez les éventuels litiges avec le service de facturation.
- Périodiquement, vous faites des analyses et vous présentez les résultats dans un format cohérent et compréhensible pour tous.
- Un job fait pour vous ?- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau bachelier dans le domaine économique ou équivalent par expérience.
- ET- Vous disposez d’une première expérience relevante dans le domaine du Crédit Management.
- Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l’étranger, vous devez être en possession d’une attestation d’équivalence délivré par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles.**Compétences techniques**:
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance en néerlandais
- Vous maitrisez les outils MS Office. Vous êtes à l’aise avec Excel
- Une connaissance et expérience avec des systèmes administratifs et financiers automatisés constituent un atout.

- Sérieux, vous savez travailler en toute autonomie
- Vous disposez de bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite et savez interagir en posant des questions
- Orienté résultats, vous êtes en mesure de gérer des situations stressantes
- Vous êtes flexible et faites preuve de capacité d’apprentissage

- Où allez-vous travailler ?- Vous ferez partie d’une équipe spécialisée de 5 personnes au sein de la direction Finance. Vous travaillerez au suivi des factures échues impayées en collaboration avec d’autres équipes de votre direction et des collègues des autres directions ou services staff.
