Support the Finance & Contract Support Manager / Client Finance Manager with month-end and financial reporting. It is key that the Lead Contract Support understands procedures, processes and operates them to the required standard, encouraging best practice.Functional (Supply Chain) Responsibility Level:
- Performs all activities necessary to accomplish within cost, schedule and quality objectives, the procurement of a wide variety of complex material and service requirements as required to fulfil the material needs of the Pharma Services team. Prepares, issues, analyses, recommends award and implementation of RFP's for assigned materials and services. Conducts value analysis on various commodities. Evaluates current and potential vendors. Monitors supplier performance. Negotiates favourable prices, terms and conditions. Investigates and surveys new sources of supply to determine each supplier's capability to deliver a quality product on schedule. Achieves established cost improvement goals. Develops, manages and maintains historical / information and records for all assigned commodities. Under mínimal direction, negotiates and maintains contracts for subcontract services and materials at the Pharma Services Account. Implements and maintains superior supply base management techniques and consolidated solution sourcing.

Contract
- Build and develop relationships with key business and account lead, customers and external agencies.
- Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and GWS financial savings targets are maximized.
- Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, allow better buying and use preferred suppliers.
- Compiling of the Contract Review pack
- Conducting supplier surveys on MySupplier
- Liaising with the client regarding payment of invoices
- Continually develop systems to maximize efficiency benefits for the customer and GWS.
- Liaising with client on a variety of matters and attending to their needs whilst maintaining a strong working relationship.

Finance
- Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
- Control & Review the invoice pool.
- Raising Purchase Orders when required.
- Reviewing Purchase Orders.
- Policy and procedure compliance.
- Comprehensive spend tracking.
- Manage weekly reports to include Invoice Pool updates.
- Drive high quality financial performance to influence P&L result.
- Support finance with month end billing cycle
- Ad-hoc reporting as requested by Business Unit or Business/Finance.

Quality
- Support the collation of Monthly Reviews Packs.
- To be managed by the Account QHSE Leads
- Future Reporting Requirement will see Contract Support Roles collate the reporting pack, drawing upon the appointed QHSE Leads for the required / agreed input.

People
- Support the collation of Monthly Reviews Packs.
- To be managed by Site Lead
- Future Reporting Requirement will see CS Roles collate the reporting pack, drawing upon the appointed Site Lead for the required / agreed input.
- Expenses; requires CS to review coding.

Building relationships
- Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships whilst optimizing contract performance.
- Positively respond to both our internal and external customers (often in a matrix environment) through effective communication and personal accessibility/credibility.

Processes, Procedures and Reporting
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to consistently throughout the Business Unit / Contract and Contract Support Team.
- Deliver the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems, identify opportunities to enhance system efficiencies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of procedures and processes and deliver these to the required standard.
- Deliver and maintain compliance through the required procedures and processes through the Contract Support Team.

Principal Functional (Supply Chain) Duties:
- Negotiates contracts with suppliers on price, lead time, quality and service for multiple services and commodities. Contracts are local/regional/global in nature and must meet established quality standards, availability requirements and price constraints of Building Efficiency Group Procurement policies and procedures. Utilizes existing national/regional agreements when and where possible to ensure effective leveraging of spend and rationalization of the supplier base, working with corporate sourcing team to ensure consistency in all major subcontracts.Manages these local/regional/global supplier relationships for improvements/changes to m
