Onze klant, een wereldleider in het verlenen van gespecialiseerde administratieve diensten aan klanten die actief zijn en investeren in de internationale zakenwereld, is op zoek naar een nieuwe relatiebeheerder. De belangrijkste taken van de functie zijn het beheren van klantenportefeuilles en het adviseren van klanten over de formaliteiten/regelgeving die vereist zijn voor het opzetten van een bedrijf in het buitenland of in België. De ideale kandidaat is georganiseerd, heeft goede communicatieve vaardigheden en is klantgericht. Hij/zij heeft ook relevante ervaring in de sector vennootschapsrecht/fiscaal recht. Onze cliënt biedt de mogelijkheid om te werken in een internationaal bedrijf met veel internationale contacten. De functie is gevestigd in het centrum van Brussel en biedt de mogelijkheid om te werken in een vriendelijk bedrijf met een competitief salaris.
**Description**

In een typische dag werk je aan een groot aantal uiteenlopende en gevarieerde projecten, waaronder:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en interpreteren van documenten, regelgeving en procedures met betrekking tot de juridische en fiscale mogelijkheden van onze klanten.
- Het evalueren van geïntegreerde producten en oplossingen en het opzetten en beheren van juridische structuren voor bedrijven en particulieren.
- Deelnemen als kernlid van ons team en helpen de sterke reputatie van onze klant als proactieve leverancier van zakelijke diensten in stand te houden.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle contacten met klanten en prospects (gevestigd in België of in het buitenland) rechtstreeks of via een professionele adviseur (advocaat/notariskantoor/bank) met als doel het opzetten, optimaliseren, onderhouden en beheren van bedrijfs
- en privéjuridische structuren in lijn met de commerciële strategie.
- Actief deelnemen aan de groei en marketing van de business, onze klant vertegenwoordigen bij zijn klanten en netwerk.

**Profile**

Onze klant is op zoek naar jou als je:

- Een Master/Bachelor in de Rechten/Bachelor Business Management hebt: Juridische praktijk, idealiter in ondernemingsrecht, fiscaal recht of handelsrecht
- ervaring hebt in financiële/zakelijke juridische dienstverlening, vennootschaps
- of handelsrecht, fiscaal recht of trusts
- Vloeiend Nederlands/Frans en Engels spreken en schrijven,
- Je bent gedreven, zelfverzekerd, flexibel en betrokken
- Je houdt van plannen; je bent een goede organisator, discreet, in staat om zelfstandig te werken en accuraat in je werk.
