As our CRM Specialist, you'll play an essential role in the adoption and success of our digital projects, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and effective use of cutting-edge IT solutions. Your expertise will shape the future of our operations, promoting the adoption of digital solutions among diverse stakeholders.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the adoption journey of various stakeholders.
- Swiftly resolve stakeholder complaints.
- Spearhead the success of digital initiatives by ensuring stakeholder adoption.
- Define and realize stakeholder satisfaction metrics and plans.
- Efficiently manage user requests and system incidents.
**Mandatory Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and service management tools, such as SMT.
- Familiarity with issue and project tracking tools like Confluence, JIRA.
- Experience with wikis and collaborative sites.
- Proven expertise in 1st level support of information systems.
- Fluent command of English.
**Desirable Expertise**:
- Elicitation of business requirements.
- Preparation and delivery of IT training.
