Functieomschrijving

Als Analytics Officer ondersteun je het management en de verschillende afdelingen door middel van een duidelijke en transparante rapportering en kwaliteitscontrole over de bedrijfsactiviteit van Fiducré.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je informeert het management over de stand van zaken in de verschillende portefeuilles van schuldvorderingen, over het beheer of over dossiers met specifieke criteria
- Je analyseert de portefeuilles van potentiële nieuwe klanten van Fiducre
- Je werkt de globale doelstellingen van Fiducre uit, en die van de verschillende afdelingen
- Je werkt mee aan de verbetering van de operationele processen en datakwaliteit door mee te werken op verschillende projecten ter implementatie van nieuwe tools en door testing
- Je werkt de procedures uit voor Quality Control. Je rapporteert aan het management en volgt de beslissingen op
- Je staat in voor de Quality Control en opvolging van procedures
- Je modelleert en monitort de activiteiten

Profiel

Profiel en vaardigheden
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een Master in Kwantitatieve Wetenschappen (Statistiek, Economie, Wiskunde), in Toegepaste Economie of je bent Handelsingenieur
- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of in een functie die een sterk analytisch vermogen vereist, is een troef
- Je werkt graag met cijfers en statistieken
- Je beheerst de MS Office toepassingen en bent sterk geïnteresseerd in informatica in het algemeen. Een ervaring in het gebruik van databestanden is een troef
- Je hebt een uitstekend kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en een actieve kennis van het Engels
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en een uitstekende zin voor synthese. Je hebt een kritische geest en je bent snel in staat om een algemeen overzicht te hebben over de activiteiten en analyses die je beheert.
- Je bent communicatief, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling en je neemt het initiatief om de informatie die je nodig hebt te gaan zoeken
- Je bent een goede teamplayer maar je kan eveneens zelfstandig werken
- Je bent gemotiveerd en houdt ervan om nieuwe dingen te leren. Je gaat nieuwe uitdagingen niet uit de weg

- Verwachtingsmodellen opstellen voor de organisatie, het herstructureringsproject of het bestudeerde financieel product
- Een businessplan, een beursintroductie, een overnamebod opstellen voor de leidinggevenden van een organisatie
- De krediet
- en marktrisico's,... van de organisatie bestuderen en identificeren
Oplossingen voorstellen om die risico's te dekken
- Technische ondersteuning verlenen aan makelaars, traders, penningmeesters,... bij geschillen of bemiddeling
- Aanbevelingen opstellen voor de overdracht van effecten voor beurshandelaars
- Financiële, economische en geopolitieke informatie met een mogelijke impact op de markten analyseren
- De waarde van de onderzochte organisatie ramen en conclusies trekken
