CHRSO Finance & Insurance is verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en analyseren van alle relevante financiële indicatoren en het rapporteren daarover. Het doel is om management informatie te verstrekken aan het Business Management en CFO als input voor de strategische besluitvorming en dit in volgende domeinen:

Als CHRSO Performance Advisor heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
**Personeelskosten**:
- Voorbereiding van het budget van de Staff Expenses van het personeel van AG Insurance
- Je bewaakt deze budgetten vanuit een maandelijkse opvolging en vergelijking met de realiteiten. Je analyseert de resultaten om zo een betrouwbare en correcte situatie te garanderen, fluctuaties op te sporen en te kunnen verklaren.
- Vanuit jouw analyses bereid je de rapportering en feedback aan het management, CFO en de verschillende businesslines voor.
- Je neemt deel aan de boekhoudkundige closing-activiteiten en becommentarieert de varianties.
- Je analyseert en implementeert wijzigingen in de looncomponenten of vergoedingen, in overleg met de andere expertcenters van HR: Reward, Solutions en Social.
- Je analyseert interne processen en procedures op het gebied van accounting, je documenteert ze en stelt ze in vraag. Je formuleert voorstellen tot verbetering van deze processen of van de hypothesevorming en je ondersteunt de implementatietrajecten van de voorgestelde verbeteringen.
**IAS19 & insurances**:
- Je staat in voor de coördinatie en evaluatie van de IAS19 verplichtingen voor de verschillende pensioenplannen binnen AG Insurance en de Ageas groep en je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de verzekeraar.
- Je bewaakt en analyseert de impact en gevolgen van wijzigingen in de onderliggende hypothesen op de verschillende personeelsvoordelen binnen IAS19.
- Je neemt deel aan de boekhoudkundige verwerking van de IAS19-voorzieningen.
- Je bereidt de rapportering van de IAS19-cijfers aan de IAS19-Board voor.
- Je neemt deel aan de opmaak van de jaarrekeningen van AG Insurance en Ageas.
- Je beantwoordt de vragen van de externe auditors met betrekking tot de gerapporteerde voorzieningen.
- Je bent nauw betrokken bij de opvolging van alle verzekeringen voor het personeel van AG Insurance.
**Werkingskosten**:
- Je bereidt het budget inzake werkingskosten voor en dit voor de verschillende departementen van CHRSO

- Je volgt samen met de budgetverantwoordelijke de evolutie hiervan op in de Forecast en Outlook oefeningen in de loop van het jaar.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de management reporting en volgt de uitgaven en facturen op in de rekeningen.
**Projecten en tools**:
Je bent betrokken bij de implementatie van het Business Plan van CHRSO en in het bijzonder bij de strategische projecten vanuit een kostenperspectief op korte en lange termijn. Je maakt actief deel uit van de projectteams en bereidt de business cases voor en de eventuele aanpassing van de boekhoudschema’s.
Je ontwikkelt en verbetert de budgetterings
- en rapporteringstools voor monitoring en het opstellen van oa dashboards.
**Je contacten**
- Je hebt vanuit je functie nauwe contacten met de andere entiteiten binnen CHRSO, met de verschillende Controllers en Performance Managers binnen AG Insurance, met onze verzekeraar AG Employee Benefits en met collega’s binnen de Ageas groep.
- Je bent in staat om de resultaten op een heldere en duidelijke wijze te presenteren aan het management en onze gesprekpartners.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je bent Actuaris of Master in een economische of mathematische richting. Je bent vertrouwd met boekhoudkundige principes.
- Professionele ervaring (bij voorkeur in een financiële omgeving) is zeker een troef
- Je werkt sterk nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en je hebt een sterk ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen.
