Our AI-driven platform helps producers launch healthier, more sustainable products by increasing efficiency in the product development process and improving their success rate of product launches. Utilizing a digital twin environment, we help them test millions of product variations for consumers around the world in a matter of hours.
**Junior Enterprise Sales Executive**
To support our growth, we are looking for a
**Junior Enterprise Sales Executive. **In this role, you will play a critical role in building Foodpairing’s sales strategy and customer pipeline. You will initiate and close deals, starting with smaller pilot deals all the way to strategic long-term partnership deals.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
- You design and implement sales processes and strategies-
- You understand the needs of our customers and you build strong partnerships with them-
- You assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and other sales training materials-
- You analyze customer health metrics, run NPS, and take action on customer insights and upsell opportunities-
- You negotiate contract terms that are beneficial to both Foodpairing and its customers-
- You maintain sales and activity reports through the use of CRM software-
- You work closely with our Solution Delivery team to ensure client satisfaction-
- You present sales, revenue and expense reports, and forecasts to the management team- You assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans
Who are you?- You have a Master’s Degree and a first experience in a Saas/Tech company or a global consultancy firm-
- You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales-
- You have proven experience in managing consultative processes and projects within large enterprise organizations-
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken-
- You have amazing persuasion and negotiation skills-
- You possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail-
- You can tell a story vividly and you can translate data into insightful presentations-
- You are a great team player and the opportunity to partner with team members cross-functionally excites you- You can work at least 2-3 days per week at our office in Ghent
