Thales people architect solutions at the heart of the defence-security continuum. We are ground breaking new digital technologies such as 4G/5G mobile communications, cryptography, cloud computing and big data for use in physical protection systems, and critical information systems.
Thales Belgium SA, Belgium competence center of Thales, is a company located on 2 sites, one in Tubize (near Brussels) and the other one in Herstal (near Liège). Thales Belgium, which employs more than 280 collaborators, is specialized in the design, development and supply of critical information systems for customers in the sectors of Defense, Security (including Cyber) and Aerospace.
**Description**:
Le stage sera déroulera au sein du Bureau d’étude (TDO) de Thales Belgique. Ce département est responsable du prototypage et design aussi bien mécanique que électronique de nos produits.
Il consiste à explorer les apports des technologies 3D dans les processus de conception de nos produits.
**Stage - Augmented reality**:
A cette fin, il sera demandé au stagiaire de:
- Application de réalité augmentée à l'écosystème Thales ou à ses produits.
- Réaliser un inventaire des technologies existantes selon 3 axes : Visualisation, interaction et suivi
- Combinaison d'objets réels et virtuels dans un environnement réel
- Interactivité en temps réel
- Enregistrement/alignement d'objets réels et virtuels dans le monde réel
- Identifier les cas d’usages tout au long du cycle de conception d’un produit au sein de Thales Belgique (design, prototypage, ergonomie, intégration, etc)
- Mettre en œuvre un pipeline de production sur un cas d’usage identifié partant d’un modèle produit par le bureau d’étude.
