We zijn op zoek naar versterking in de vorm van marketing (50%) en Sales (50%) ondersteuning, om een spilrol te spelen in het verzekeren van een vlotte samenwerking tussen onze marketing
- en salesactiviteiten.

Als marketing & Sales support,
De impact van deze marketinginspanningen zul je zelf ervaren, omdat je nauw samenwerkt met het Sales team om de activiteiten te stroomlijnen en de klantervaringen te verbeteren. Je bent een verbindende kracht tussen klanten en het verkoopteam, beantwoordt vragen, verstrekt productinformatie en levert hierbij een uitstekende klantenservice. Om een soepel verkoopproces te garanderen, help je bij het maken en onderhouden van verkoopdocumentatie, inclusief offertes en contracten op basis van de klantgegevens in ons CRM-systeem, dat je helpt onderhouden. Sporadisch bied je ondersteuning aan ons verkoopteam in de vorm van het voorbereiden van presentaties, voorstellen en rapporten, of doe je proactieve verkoop en prospectie in nauwe samenwerking met de business development manager.
Binnen GIM zoeken we voortdurend naar manieren om te verbeteren. Binnen jouw rol als marketing en Sales support, kijk je daarom kritisch naar onze processen om te kijken hoe wij effectiever en efficiënter kunnen werken. Je monitort en analyseert de prestaties van marketingcampagnes, om data-gedreven beslissingen te nemen en verbeteringen voor te stellen. Een cruciaal onderdeel in onze verbeteringsprocessen is teamintelligentie, wat betekent dat je deelneemt aan teamvergaderingen, brainstormsessies en cross-functionele samenwerkingen om samen innovatieve ideeën en strategieën te creëren.
